Cadbury & Walnut Banana Bread

I surprised myself on how good this turned out. I was just trying to get rid off all the brown bananas!

The “guideline” for the bread is from here. I changed it up a little bit so it could be more..chocolatey :]

Prep Time:
20 minutes
Baking Time:
40 minutes

Chocolate Drizzle:
2 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 Tbs Sweetened Condensed Milk

Banana Bread:
8 Tbs Melted Butter
2&1/2 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (optional)
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 & 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 Beaten Eggs
3 Ripe,Brown Bananas
Walnuts – As many as you want!
Cadbury Chocolate Bar – As much as you want!

Lets do this:

Pre-heat the oven to 350F / 180C & grease two 6 inch round pans.

The easiest & laziest way to do this is to
-mix all of banana bread ingredients together in a big bowl.

The “proper” way to do this is to mash the bananas together.
The more spots or brown they are, the sweeter and tastier the banana bread will be!

Stir in the eggs, melted butter, sugar, diced walnuts.
Break/Cut the Cadbury into into pieces and add that in as well.

Slowly mix in the salt, baking soda, and all purpose flour.

Once everything is well mixed, evenly pour the batter into the round cake pans.
Sprinkle left over walnuts & Cadbury on top!

Bake for 40ish minutes. Towards the end, poke a toothpick into the center of the cake.
If it comes out clean with nothing sticking, the bread is done :]

Mix the chocolate drizzle ingredients together and use a spoon to slowly drizzle it all over the cake.

All done! Now you can take your Instagram & Snapchat pictures before eating 😛

Enjoy ♡
